From whole lambs to rough primals to portioned cuts, our facilities fabricate lamb and veal to specifications that meet your needs. Need a thirty-five-pound whole lamb? No problem. Heavy racks with marbling? Delivered tomorrow. Lamb legs or crosscuts for the holidays? We do that every year.

HORMONE FREE & ANTIBIOTIC FREE, HALAL OR KOSHER

Our buyers travel the country to source the highest-quality livestock. We offer hormone-free and antibiotic-free lamb with stringent quality control programs to ensure authenticity. Lamb and veal produced in our facility also meet the requirements for halal or kosher harvest and are certified by local and worldwide authorities.
